Trinity Fire & Security, a PTSG Company, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jon Bamford to lead its Business Development team.

Jon joined Trinity in June 2025 and has quickly established himself as a key driver of new business activity across the company. In a short space of time, he has strengthened Trinity’s business development approach, improved internal processes and raised the standard of customer engagement across the board.

His contribution has been recognised at the highest levels, with excellent feedback from senior leadership across both Trinity and the wider PTSG Group. This promotion reflects both the impact Jon has already made and the leadership potential he continues to demonstrate.

Before joining Trinity, Jon spent over five years at JLA Group in a Business Development and Key National Accounts role, where he built a strong track record in driving sales growth, managing major project works across M&E and Fire & Security, and developing long-term client relationships.

Prior to that, he held progressively senior roles in the insurance sector, including Sales Manager at Armitage Insurance and Business Development Manager at Connect Insurance, where he grew a motor trade department from £80,000 to a £2 million turnover in under six months.

In his new role, Jon will focus on driving Trinity’s new-business strategy and supporting customer-led growth. He will play an important part in Trinity’s continued success and the wider Fire Division’s growth ambitions.
