On Saturday 7th March, from 9am until 12pm, we’re hosting a recruitment open day at our Abingdon Hub – and we’re inviting you to come and see what a career with Trinity really looks like.

This isn’t your typical recruitment process. We’re creating an opportunity for you to meet the people you’d be working with, ask the questions that matter and get a genuine sense of the roles, the culture and the career pathways available across Trinity and the wider PTSG Group.

We’re currently recruiting engineers – positions that sit at the heart of how we deliver for our customers every day and are offering a sign on bonus of £4,000.

What will happen on the day?

You’ll meet senior members of the Trinity team including Carra Gale (Head of Inside Sales), Mike Pegg (Service Operations Director), Craig Mitchell (Technical Director), Andy Jackson (Service Delivery & Key Account Director), Michael Anderton (Managing Director – Fire Solutions, PTSG) and Talent Partners Dan Taylor and Sarah Kellard. Andy Moir (Operations Director) will also be joining online.

Depending on your experience, you may have the opportunity to interview on the day – and we’ll give you an answer within two days. No waiting weeks for feedback. No uncertainty. Just a clear, respectful process that values your time.

From Elevate idea to real-world action

This event is the result of Carra Gale’s winning idea from the first round of PTSG’s Elevate programme. Drawing on her eight years of frontline experience at Trinity, Carra identified the need to open up alternative recruitment routes – creating more accessible, engaging ways for people to discover careers across the Group.
