Trinity Fire & Security Solutions, a PTSG company, has appointed Amanda McIntyre as Managing Director with effect from 02 March 2026.

Amanda joins Trinity with extensive senior leadership experience across national technical service operations. She most recently led the UK&I HVAC, Industrial Refrigeration and Controls service division at Johnson Controls, with full P&L responsibility for an $80m business and oversight of more than 300 engineers and technical specialists.

Throughout her career, Amanda has delivered revenue growth, strengthened operational governance and embedded cultures of safety, compliance and customer excellence across complex, multi-site environments.

As Managing Director, Amanda will be responsible for Trinity’s strategic direction, operational performance and commercial success. Trinity provides design, installation, commissioning and maintenance services across fire detection, life safety and integrated security systems, serving sectors including airports, healthcare, education and commercial property.

Amanda will be based at Trinity’s Abingdon site and will work closely with the Trinity Senior Leadership Team and the wider PTSG Fire Solutions division.
